We're very excited to introduce the latest release of the simplest to use secure email software in the market.
The very first change you will notice when you access Protected Trust is our new home. Our goal in launching a complete new website is to provide users with a more friendly and clear design with additional content and improved navigation. Besides improved user experience, we are introducing a broad new set of features:
Administrators now have online access to activity reports in a graphical format. These reports can be generated on the fly with a custom date range.
Administrators can also view a searchable list of the users in their organization, as well as see how manymessages each user has sent within the specified time frame.
This feature lets your organization provide a logo that will be displayed to your users and recipients of your users??? messages. This logo will be shown both in the secure e-mail notification and in the web portal.
Inbox & Sent Messages in Web Portal
With this release, you can now see all the protected messages you have sent and received. This also includes protected messages sent and received using the Protected Trust Add-in for Microsoft Outlook.
As for the Outlook Add-in for this release, changes were made to improve stability but the main change you will notice is about message expiration. Up until now, users have been required to set an expiration date for every message they send (default of 30 days). As of today, expiration is now be optional and will default to "no expiration." Free users will be able to keep their messages for only 30 days.??
